1. Core Privacy Guarantee (Zero Logging)
TempMail operates under a strict privacy-first philosophy. We do not require your real email address, physical location, phone number, payment details, or real name to generate a temporary inbox. All disposable email accounts are created on-the-fly and communicate directly between your browser and the public mail delivery network.
2. Ephemeral Storage & Retention
Emails received in your temporary inbox are ephemeral by design. Inboxes and incoming messages are stored only temporarily for immediate inspection and verification. When you delete your inbox or click "Change Inbox", the account is permanently terminated and associated message payloads are discarded.
3. Local Storage Usage
We utilize your browser's local storage solely to retain your current active session token and custom UI preferences (such as theme choice and audio alert status) so you do not lose your ongoing verification flow upon accidental browser reload. No tracking cookies or fingerprinting scripts are set.
4. Third-Party Content & Delivery
When viewing HTML emails, we employ sandboxed iframe isolation to neutralize malicious scripts, tracking pixels, and unauthorized third-party network requests embedded by email senders.
