Usage terms and guidelines for using the TempMail service.
1. Acceptable Use Policy
TempMail provides temporary, inbound disposable email addresses intended for testing software, web service registrations, newsletter sampling, and keeping primary personal and corporate inboxes free of spam. You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, harassment, unauthorized access, fraud, or spam dissemination.
2. Service Disclaimer & Non-Permanence
TempMail addresses are strictly temporary. We do not provide long-term archiving, message restoration, or delivery guarantees. Do not use disposable email addresses for critical personal accounts, banking credentials, medical portals, or sensitive long-term contracts.
3. Availability & Rate Limiting
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to throttle or rate-limit automated requests to prevent network abuse and ensure fair access for all human users.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall TempMail or its operators be held liable for missed emails, expired inboxes, lost verification tokens, or service interruptions.
